Don and Betty Bell and Terry Bell and friend, Treasa, traveled to South Bend recently to attend a baby shower for Terry's daughter in-law. While there they visited with their other granddaughter, Tara, and family.

George and Lois Wallace recently visited Bill and Jeannie Powerts of Newton, Ill. While there they traveled to Vincennes, University to visit their grandson, Corey Liming. They took him and his roommate, Ryan Small, out to dinner.

A birthday party was held recently for Ellen Herr, who turns 90 on Oct. 13. The party was hosted by her grandsons and their wives, Steve and Deanna Herr and Emmett and Karen Herr. Also attending were Lavon Johnson, Mary Ellen Johnson. Brad and Megan Herr, Jim and Kate Herr, Madaline and Luke, Kevin and Tracy, Ounitin, Nathan and Kayly Herr, Neal Herr and Tracy, Jeff and Millissa Kremer, Jayla and Ty.
