APC issues 35 permits in September
Thirty-five permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during September, for improvements amounting to $1,245,600.
Residential permits with $706,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:
Carrollton - Ronald Perry, residence;
Jefferson - Jason and Tobi Summers, residence;
Tippecanoe - Dennis and Joyce Bolinger, residence; Grant and Teresa Cull, residence; David Kallenberger, residence; and Charles and Clara Molter, residence.
Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:
Adams - Rebecca Clements, storage;
Burlington - Roger and Kim Bailey, addition; Ronald Heaton, storage; Ensil Roberts, deck;
Carrollton - William Barnard, storage;Adam Yeakley, garage;
Deer Creek - Wanda Duff, garage; Wesley Graybill, chicken house;
Delphi - David Huston, storage;
Democrat - William and Mary McCarty, storage;
Jackson - Isaac Beery, addition;
Jefferson - Randall Armstrong, pool; Alan and Katrina Coghill, boat storage; Steven Cork, deck; Victor Martino, addition; Eldon and Donna Reid;
Madison - Lloyd and Ruth Anderson, storage;
Monroe - Robert and Paula Pell, storage;
Rock Creek - Joyce Edmonds, storage;

The total collected from permits issued was $1,187, plus: Vreba-Hoff Dairy Dev. LLC, $500 for application for permit; John and Linda Brown, $30 for application for variance; Williamand Patricia Bell, $50 for rezoning application; and Dean Yien, $30 for application for variance.
Total collected from permits in September was $1,797. Total collected for 2006 was $12,812.
