Wayne and Carol Johnson, Palermo, N.D., and Michael Brewer, son of Stephen and Maxine Brewer, Bringhurst, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

The wedding will be held Sept. 23, at 6 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, Palermo. A reception will follow the ceremony at the church. Later that night there will be a dance at the bride's parent's farm.
