This week, I'll share two sweet and simple treats. When Rachel Ruse of Delphi shares Butter Pecan Delight with coworkers or friends, they always request the recipe. The recipe starts with a boxed butter pecan cake mix, then gets creative. You'll also enjoy my recipe for Cherry Garcia Shortcake. The recipe looks awesome served on pretty serving plates. If you want to pinch pennies, use any brand of cherry ice cream. If you want the full effect, opt for Ben & Jerry's! Happy eating!               Rachel Rachel Rachel Rachel Rachel Rachel Ruse's Ruse's Ruse's Ruse's Ruse's Ruse's       Butter Butter Butter Butter Butter Butter Pecan Pecan Pecan Pecan Pecan Delight Delight Delight Delight Delight Delight Delight 1 box butter pecan cake mix 1 jar caramel ice cream topping 1 8-oz. whipped topping 4 Heath Bars, broken   Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
