Aug. 30, 10 a.m. A vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of Columbia and Center streets. A vehicle driven by Lester M. Hanford, 46, Fort Wayne, backed into a vehicle driven by John R. Snell, 25, Delphi. Chief Paul Redmon investigated. Officer Mark Thomas and Sheriff Dennis Randle assisted.

Aug. 30, 11:45 p.m. A theft was reported at 103 1/2 E. Columbia St. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Aug. 31, 12:15 a.m. Mark A. Norris, 30, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, battery and revocation of probation. Disinger investigated.

Aug. 31, 12:07 p.m. A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of S. Center St. Redmon investigated.

Sept. 4, 11:57 p.m. Following a foot pursuit, Eric T. Daugherty, 26, Flora, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for possession of marijuana, habitual susbstance offender, and additional charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.
