APC issues 45 permits
Forty-five permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during August, for improvements amounting to $4,937,200.
Residential permits with $991,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:
Democrat - Carroll Jervis, residence; Tony Liggett, residence;
Jefferson - Winstead Enterprises INC, residence; Greg Milakis, residence; Thomas Walter, residence;
Rock Creek - John Garrison and Samantha Johns, residence;
Tippecanoe - Robert and Dora Willis, residence.
Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:
Adams - Harry Idle, shed; Alden Schroeder, storage;
Burlington - Margaret Parker, addition; Jonathon Sines, garage;
Carrollton - Jim and Jennifer Johnson, garage;

Fees totaling $110 were collected from Phyllis and Jack McCarty for rezoning application; Randy Birge for application for special exception; and Eugene and Sherrie Cocanower for application for variance.
