Humphrey, Fure pledge vows

Tara Humphrey and Adrian Fure were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. July 30 at Inn at Bay Harbor, Petoskey, Mich.

The bride is the daughter of Ann and Ray Sheagley of Flora. Parents of the groom are Deb and Russ Fure of Marquette, Mich.

Dr. Alan Hunter officiated, and music was provided by harpist Joan Holland of Interlochen, Mich.

Guest registrars were Suzanne Wagner of Flora and Heather Woosley of Greenwood.

Matrons of honor were Kim Worl of Kokomo, sister of the bride, and Erin Gould of Cleveland, Ohio. Bridesmaid was Ashley Fure of Cambridge, Mass., sister of the groom, and junior bridesmaid was Bailey Worl, Kokomo, niece of the bride.

Flower girl and ring princess were Lauren Worl and Maryn Worl of Kokomo, nieces of the bride.

Austin Fure of Greenwich, Conn., and Adam Fure of Los Angeles, Calif., brothers of the groom, served as best men.

A reception was held at Sagamore Terrace, Inn at Bay Harbor.

The bride is a 1994 graduate of Carroll High School. She received her bachelor of science and master of science degrees from Purdue University in speech language pathology. She is a speech pathologist for Superior Therapy Services in Marquette, Mich.

The groom is a 1994 graduate of Marquette High School and has a degree in environmental engineering from Michigan Tech University. He obtained his PhD in environmental engineering from the University of Florida in 2005. He is an environmental engineer for Trimedia Consultants in Marquette.

Following a wedding trip to Napa Valley, Calif., Mr. and Mrs. Fure are residing at 1222 N. Front, Marquette, MI 49855.
