The August meeting of the CARROLL COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION has been re-scheduled to Aug. 29 at 7 p.m. in the commissioner's room of the courthouse. Monthly APC meetings are normally held on the fourth Tuesday of each month and will continue after August.

DELPHI AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY #75 will meet at the Legion Hall on Aug. 16 at 7 p.m. instead of on Aug. 23 as earlier announced.

Due to the Labor Day holiday, the next DELPHI CITY COUNCIL meeting will be Sept. 11 at 7 p.m.

ROSSVILLE'S SUMMER'S END FESTIVAL will be held Aug. 26. The annual event begins early in the morning with town-wide yard sales and continues throughout the day with a parade, car and bike show, talent contest, fireworks and much more.

MODERN'S EXTENSION HOMEMAKERS CLUB will meet Aug. 24 at Gracie's Restaurant in Flora at 11:30 a.m.

BACK TO SCHOOL BASH will be held at Delphi Community High School on Aug. 21 at 7 p.m. Formerly

known as Meet Your Teacher Night, the event will feature hot dogs and chips. Bring the family out for a fun evening.

WABASH VALLEY HOME EDUCATORS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING AND CARRY-IN PICNIC will be held Saturday at the Flora Park at 6:30 p.m. Bring covered dishes, tableware, and drink and meet at Pavilion #4 (by the Scout Cabin).

A PUBLIC INFORMATION SESSION about the feasibility of EXTENDING SR75 NORTH TO JOIN SR25 will be held on Aug. 21 at 5 p.m. in the commissioners' meeting room on the second floor of the courthouse. All residents are encouraged to attend.
