July 20, 7:38 a.m. -Gary Long, reported the attempted theft of a moped from Horseshoe Bend. Cpl. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

July 20, 5:58 p.m. - Service of warrant, Tippecanoe Township. Jerry L. Dubes II, 33, Delphi, was taken into custody on a Carroll Circuit Court arrest warrant, charged with violating in-home detention. Dubes was incarcerated at Carroll County Jail without bond. Leazenby investigated.

July 21, 6:44 p.m. - Property damage accident, 2362 SR18E, Flora. Nicholas R. Jones, 17, Cutler. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

July 22, 12:14 a.m. - Property damage accident with injury, SR29S at 8th Street, Burlington. Kenneth R. Morgan, 45, Burlington, and Ashley N. Miller, 17, Burlington. Miller was transported to St. Joseph in Kokomo. Morgan was transported to the Carroll County Sheriff's office for operating while intoxicated. Schimmel investigated.

July 23, 1:45 a.m. - Property damage accident, SR25N at Hamilton Street, Delphi. J.D. Vaughn, 57, Delphi, was transported to Carroll County Jail and charged with operating while intoxicated. Deputy Zackary Hall investigated.

July 23, 11 p.m. - Property damage accident, SR75 near SR218, Camden. Edward L. Asbell, 46, Elwood. Deputy Mark Back investigated.

July 21, 4:26 a.m. - 1100N at 850W. Guy Ritchie, 43, Delphi. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

July 15, 3:39 a.m. - Robert A. Gooch Jr., 39, Delphi, was arrested in The Office Tavern parking lot following an altercation. Gooch was arrested for OWI. Officer Brandon Endicott investigated.

July 19, 2:59 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Main Street. Gerry Underhill reported that his garage had been painted with graffiti. Officer Dave Yeager investigated.

July 19, 6;20 p.m. - Identity deception, North Street. Richard A. Parsons II reported that he has been a victim of identity theft from a company somewhere in Indiana. Yeager investigating.

July 20, 5:40 a.m. - Property damage accident. Gerald A. Armstrong, 74, Monticello, and Jeremy A. Pulley, 28, Lafayette. Endicott investigated.

July 22, 4:40 p.m. - Property damage accident, Indiana Street. Mark L. Storey, 48, Delphi. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

July 17, 9:45 a.m. A report of criminal mischief was taken at 411 E. Adams St. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

July 18, 8:08 p.m. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 415 W. Clem St., Apt #13. Ronald L. Tedrow, 38, Flora, was arrested for public intoxication. Lisa D. Thompson, 28, Flora, was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Sgt. James Bishop investigated. Sheriff's deputies assisted.

July 20, 2:13 a.m. Following a traffic stop, Charles J. Crary, 36, Delphi, was arrested for possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

July 20, 3:55 p.m. A report of a fight at the Mara Mart parking lot was taken. Officer Mark Thomas investigated. Sheriff's deputies assisted.

July 21, 8:22 a.m. A report of criminal mischief was taken at 206 N. Sycamore St. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

July 22, 2:18 p.m. A theft report was taken at 411 E. Adams St. The complainant reported a wallet was taken from her residence. Larimore investigated.

July 24, 6:30 p.m. Robert W. Guenther, 35, Flora, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for check deception. Disinger investigated.

Indiana State Police

The price of a crash report from the Indiana State Police has been raised from $3 to $5, according to the Vehicle Crash Records Division. The price change went into effect on July 1.
