Kathleen M. Lee
Kathleen M. Lee, 83, a resident of Twin Lakes Village in Monticello since September of 2000, and formerly of Delphi, died at 11:25 a.m. on July 22, 2006, at Twin Lakes Village. Born in South Bend on April 15, 1923, she was the daughter of Raymond M. and Eva E. Sundholm Goheen. She was a 1941 graduate of South Bend Central High School.
Her marriage was to Willard H. "Bill" Lee on June 23, 1942, in South Bend, and he died Aug. 18, 1983.
Mrs. Lee worked as a department store clerk, seamstress, bookkeeper and homemaker.
She was a member of Delphi United Methodist Church, OES, and Carroll County Wabash & Erie Canal Inc.
Mrs. Lee had traveled extensively, was an avid reader, and enjoyed playing card games and teaching them to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are two daughters, Susan Yoder of Westfield and Margaret "Peg" Hayden of Estero, Fla.; two brothers, Robert Goheen of New Carlisle and Michael F. Goheen of Clarksville, Tenn.; a sister, JoAnn Seach of South Bend; six grandchildren; and 10 greatgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, a sister and a brother.
A family memorial service will be held in Westfield. Davidson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
