In State of Indiana vs. Alvin N. Barthel, 18, the defendant pleaded guilty to Counts IV and V, residential entry; Counts VI and VII, theft. He was sentenced to eight years, with four years suspended, and four years of probation.

A summary judgment of foreclosure was ordered in State of Indiana vs. Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. vs. Lynette Graves and Randy Graves.

In Veronica MacMillian and Wendy Prewitt vs. James R. Moore and Sharon Moore, the plaintiffs shall recover from the defendants $5,692.

In State of Indiana vs. Cody A. Hufford, 19, Lafayette, the defendant pleaded guilty to Count II, dealing in a substance represented to be a controlled substance. He was sentenced to one and one-half years, with all but 60 days suspended, and 16 months of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Johnny M. Jones, 30, Evansville, the defendant pleaded guilty to Count I, operating a vehicle after a lifetime suspension. He was sentenced to four years, with two years suspended, and the executed sentence to be served on house arrest; and two years of probation.
