Scott and Sara Brosman of Brookston announce the approaching marriage of their daughter, Claire, to Regan Norton of Indianapolis. He is the son of Richard and Jenene Norton of Fort Wayne.

The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Delphi Community High School and a 2003 graduate of Indiana University. She is employed as the executive assistant at Heartland Film Festival in Indianapolis.

Her fianc is a 1997 graduate of North Central High School and a 2003 graduate of Herron School of Art and Design. He is a self-employed graphic designer.

A Sept. 2 wedding is planned for the Propylaeum Tea Room, Indianapolis.
