Mildred Landes Gasaway of Flora will celebrate her 100th birthday at an open house July 9 at the Flora Presbyterian Church.

The event, hosted by her family, will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Mrs. Gasaway was born July 11, 1906, in Chili, Ind.

She and her husband, Ted, lived in Wabash before moving to Flora in 1966. They were married in 1924, and he died in 1970.

Mrs. Gasaway has one daughter, Bonnie Stephan of Delphi, formerly of Flora; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren. One son and one grandson are deceased.

All well-wishers are invited to the open house.
