JOYHEBER has been named to the president's list at Pensacola Christian College, Pensacola, Fla., for academic achievement during the 2006 spring semester. This was the result of earning an A average or a 4.0. The daughter of Albert and Gloria Heber of Delphi, she is majoring in elementary education with a minor in Spanish.

MEGAN L. WALTON and JAMIE A. NIPPLE, both of Delphi, are among 798 DePauw University students who have been recognized for outstanding academic performance. They were named to the dean's list for the 2006 spring semester. Both women are sophomores.

THOMAS J. SEURYNCK received his M.B.A. with high honors from the University of Chicago on June 11. He received his B.B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1994, with a major in accounting. He was ranked number one in the college of business administration.

Seurynck resides in Park Ridge, Ill., with his wife, Margaret, and daughter Caitlin Rose. He is employed as a senior investment associate with Wrightwood Capital in Chicago. He is the son of Joseph and Kay Seurynck and the grandson of Helen Stockton of Delphi.

Three hundred and thirty full-time undergraduate students of Indiana University Kokomo attained dean's list status for the spring 2006 semester. Students earned a minimum 3.5 grade point average (GPA) on a scale of 4.0, while carrying at least 12 credit hours throughout the semester. Fiftynine of the students earned a 4.0 GPA; they are indicated by asterisks (*).
