It was reported in last week's Carroll County Commissioners' meeting that Jon Zink was appointed to the county extension board and will serve on the Area Plan Commission. Zink was appointed by the commissioners to the Area Plan Commission. The president of the county extension board submitted two names for consideration for the Extension board appointment.
