Mr. and Mrs. Doyal Robertson, 5760S 100W, Cutler, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house July 1.

The event, hosted by their children and grandchildren, will be from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Cutler Fire Station.

Robertson and the former Patsy Harshbarger were married June 29, 1956, by Rev. Charles High at Ball Hill Methodist Church near Cutler.

He is retired from Haynes International, Kokomo, and is a farmer. She is a housewife.

They have two children, Janet Luper (husband: Steven) of Sedalia and Gary Robertson (wife: Patti) of Warsaw. The couple has 14 grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren.
