June 22, 7 p.m. - Operating while intoxicated, SR25. Rodney Mangas, 46, Colburn, and Stephanie Williams, 46, Rockfield. The driver was arrested for OWI with a prior conviction and the passenger was arrested for public intoxication. Wilson investigated.

June 22, 8 p.m. - Theft, 123 E. Franklin St. Xiu Qin Lin reported that she left her purse at Wallmann's Food Store and when she returned, it was gone. Yeager investigating.
