EDUCATION NEWS

SHELBY ALBAUGH of Flora was one of nine area students pursuing degrees in the medical field who will receive a scholarship from the Howard Regional Health System Foundation for use toward her school tuition next fall. Students will receive monies from the Maude Kelley Scholarship, a fund endowed in 1991 by local philanthropist Ed Kelley in memory of his late mother. Albaugh will attend Indiana University Kokomo and study radiology.
