The Deer Creek Community Center has purchased and put up new playground equipment. Part of this expense was paid for by a Carroll County REMC Operation Round-Up grant.

Dot Fulton attended a cookout at her Doug Willy's home at Delphi. Also attending were Don and Jean Willy and Ed and Phyllis McCloskey.

Mary Ellen Johnson and Myra Miller attended a concert in Anderson featuring the men's quartet, "Signature Sound." Also attending were Joyce Pullen, Francis Nelson, Judy Acher and Larry and Barbara Ottinger.

Gene McNulty is grandfather to twin boys born June 7 in California to Dana McNulty and the late Chris McNulty. The twins names are Cole Christopher McNulty and Kyle Christopher McNulty.
