LAKISHA M. SNYDER, a senior, daughter of Joe and Ella Snyder of Burlington, has been named to Franklin College's dean's list for the 2006 spring semester.

THOMAS D. G. WILSON of Delphi was among 240 cadets who received degrees May 16 at Virginia Military Institute's commencement exercises. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in international studies, a double major in modern languages and cultures, minor in history. He was a distinguished graduate, a Distinguished Air Force ROTC graduate, and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Air Force. A graduate of Delphi Community High School, he is the son of Charles and Elaine Wilson. Lt. Wilson will now attend intelligence school at Goodfellow Air Force Base.
