Ensign Nicholas R. Eppers of Bristol g r a d u a t e d from the U.S. N a v a l Academy of A n n a p o l i s , Md., on May 26. He was ranked in the top one-third of his class of 982 midshipmen.

Eppers He has been selected to continue his military career as a U.S. Navy pilot in Pensacola, Fla. He will report for training on July 7. Family members attending his graduation were his parents, brothers, grandparents, and the Carl Abbott family of Delphi.

A 2002 graduate of Elkhart Central High School, he is the son of Matt and Marcia Abbott Eppers. He is the grandson of Arnold and Mary Helen Abbott of Delphi and Joe and Connie Eppers of Elkhart.
