Indiana Tourism announces Visit Indiana savings promotion
Comet staff report
Lt. Governor Becky Skillman announced Monday a new way Hoosiers can save money on their summer travel. The Indiana Office of Tourism Development (IOTD) is teaming up with Kroger to offer residents and non-residents incentives to travel in the state this summer. The Visit Indiana Summer Savings
promotion includes the Visit Indiana card, which offers discounted admission, food and goods at tourism hot spots across the state.
Now through Sept. 4, travelers can use the Visit Indiana card at nearly 300 Indiana attractions, hotels and restaurants.
Visit Indiana cards are FREE and available at all Indiana Kroger, Owen's and Payless
stores; convention and visitors bureaus; welcome centers and the IOTD office in downtown Indianapolis. A complete listing of Visit Indiana Summer Savings participants is available at VisitIndiana.com. Indiana trip ideas, outdoor recreation attractions, travel discounts, festival and events information and free brochure offers are also available on VisitIndiana.com.
