May 10, 8:47 a.m. - Criminal mischief, Sandy Beach Drive, Jefferson Twp. Mrs. Charles Hutton, Winamac, reported that her pontoon boat had been damaged while it was stationed at her boat lift on Lake Freeman. Cpl. Tobe Leazenby investigated.
May 10, 8:56 a.m. - Attempted burglary, Camden. Venessa Harter reported that sometime during the early morning hours, someone attempted to gain entry into her residence by attempting to remove a window screen from her home. Nothing was taken or disturbed at the residence. Leazenby investigating.
May 10, 3:45 p.m. - Property damage accident, CR400N near CR1025W. Joshua R. Frazer, 16, Delphi. Leazenby investigated.
May 12, 12:30 p.m. - Battery, Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School. Mike Kenworthy reported a battery that occurred at the high school. Sgt. Tony Burns investigating.
May 13, 4:15 a.m. - Battery, no location given. Troy Clendenen, Delphi, reported he had been battered. Burns investigating.

May 14, 3:10 p.m. - SR39 near CR150S. Melissa R. Paulsen, 16, North Judson. Burns investigated.
May 15, 3 a.m. - CR500W near CR1000N. Cory J. McAninch, 36, Burnettsville. Hall investigated. Delphi Police Dept.
May 8, 12:55 p.m. - Theft, Union Street. Barry Nicholes, Delphi, reported the theft of a CD converter from his vehicle. Officer Dave Yeager investigated.
May 8, 5 p.m. - Driving while suspended, prior, SR25. Exquio E. Solis, Logansport, was arrested on a traffic stop for driving while suspended. Cocaine was located during the search of the vehicle. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.
May 8, 9 p.m. - Battery, Union Street. Police were called to a residence in reference to an out-ofcontrol juvenile. The juvenile was detained and a report will be forwarded to the Carroll County Probation Department. Wilson investigated.
May 9, 12:02 p.m. - Property damage accident, US421 south of SR25. Jack D. Bowman, 74, Delphi, and L.D. Vaughn, 57, Delphi. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.
May 9, 1:21 p.m. - Theft, Union Street. Brian Phegley, Delphi, reported the theft of a CD player from his vehicle. Yeager investigated.
May 9, 8 p.m. - Theft, Front Street. Kimberly Flora, Delphi,
reported that her vehicle was broken into. A men's suit coat and a gold bag with skin card products were stolen. Officer Brandon Endicott investigated.
May 9, 11 p.m. - Records only, Cottage Street. DPD was contacted by Lafayette Police Department in reference to a hit and run accident and requested assistance in locating the vehicle. The vehicle was located and a report was made and forwarded to the LPD. Wilson investigated.
May 11, 4:18 p.m. - Theft, Washington Street. A yellow NEXT bicycle was stolen from the front yard of the victim. Endicott investigating.
May 12, 11:39 a.m. - Property damage accident with personal injury, SR25 at US421. Heath R. Kahler, 21, Delphi, and Michelle L. Lynch, 37, Delphi. Kahler refused treatment. McCain investigated
May 12, 9:21 p.m. - Possession of Marijuana, Monroe Street. Tyson J. Lawson, (driver) 23, Delphi, and Buck T. Brooks, (passenger) 25, Delphi, were arrested. During a search of the vehicle, officers found marijuana and paraphernalia. Lawson was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Brooks was arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Endicott investigated.
May 13, 2:30 a.m. - Driving while suspended, Main Street. No name given. While on a traffic stop for driving left of center, the driver was found to be suspended with a prior. Wilson investigated.
May 13, 7:25 a.m. - Burglary, Armory Road. DPD was called to Delphi Community High School to investigate a burglary that had happened overnight. The kitchen was broken into and several doors were damaged but nothing was missing. Yeager investigating.
May 13, 9:45 a.m. - Property damage accident, SR25 at Hamilton Street. Larry J. Leverenz, 58, West Lafayette, and Jill Hutchcroft, 49, West Lafayette. Yeager investigated.
May 13, 12:04 p.m. - Theft, Salin Bank. Marlene Guerrero, Delphi, reported the theft of her wallet. Yeager investigating. Police calls sp h d Flora Police Dept.
May 7, 5:50 p.m. Juvenile complaint was investigated in the 500 block of Harmon St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated
May 8, 5:30 p.m. Theft of fuel from the Citgo was reported. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.
May 8, 8:44 p.m. Theft of fuel and cigarettes from the Citgo was reported. A suspect has been identified and a report forwarded to the prosecutor's office. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.
May 14, 12:55 a.m. -Following a traffic stop, Marion J. Gibson, 49, Flora, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. A passenger in the vehicle, Alan L. Sorenson, 49, Flora, was arrested for public
intoxication. Sgt. Bishop investigated.
