Norma J. Goodman
Norma J. Goodman, 78, of West Main Street, Delphi, died May 9, 2006, at her residence. Born in Attica
on June 19,
1927, she was the daughter of Clarence and Dessie Bell Beavers. She attended school in Attica.
Her marriage was to Lloyd C. Wallace on Jan. 20, 1945 in Attica, and he preceded her in death. Her second marriage was to Edward Dienhart on Feb. 4, 1973, in Lafayette, and he died later that year. She married Leonard A. Goodman on June 17, 1978 in Camden, and he died in December of 1986.
She had lived at Horseshoe Bend from 1968 to 1989, then moved into Delphi.
Mrs. Goodman worked at Peters-Revington for 12 years, retiring in 1984.
She enjoyed playing bingo and often played five nights a week. She also enjoyed fishing, cooking and the outdoors.
Surviving is a daughter, Brenda J. Howard (husband: Jerry J.) of Logansport; two sons, Lloyd Wallace (wife: Alana) of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Jack Wallace (wife: Pam) of Delphi; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Marjory and Ruth Anderson.
Services were Friday at Davidson Funeral Home, with burial at Riverside Cemetery in Attica.
