The judges of Carroll Circuit Court and Carroll Superior Court recently agreed to the appointment of NORM MILLER to complete the remainder of the term of William Duff that

expired on May 1, on the Carroll County Public Defender Board. The judges appointed Miller to a new three-year term on the Public Defender Board, beginning May 1, 2006.
