Burlington Kiwanis Club will hold its annual auction on Saturday, starting at 3 p.m. in the Park Community Building. The club has collected new and used items, meal and service certificates, and crafts that will be auctioned. Proceeds from the event will be used to fund Burlington Kiwanis Club projects which benefit local children, including scholarships, local Key clubs, and donations to Riley Hospital.

Burlington Town Council will hold a public meeting at 10 a.m. May 22 in the town hall to consider the submission of an IDEM grant application for the purchase of a leaf collector. Residents wishing to comment on the purchase should attend the meeting or submit them to townclerk treasurer Tammy Dyer at P.O. Box 399, Burlington, IN 46915, or call 566-3672.

Kiwanis Club meets every Saturday at 7:30 a.m. at the fire station.

Women's Bible Study at Burlington Church of Christ is held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.

Mid-Week Prayer and Bible Study is held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Burlington United Methodist Church.

Mother's Day Breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. Sunday at the United Methodist Church. Men will prepare and serve the breakfast. A program to honor moms will be presented during the worship service.

A Mother & Daughter dinner and program will be held Monday evening at 6:30 p.m. in the Park Community Building for members and friends of the United Methodist Church.

Bible Study at Crossroads Community Christian Church is held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
