Camden Woman's Literary Club will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Reading Room at the CamdenJackson Twp. Public Library. Nancy Dunn will review the book, "Sister Carrie," by Theodore Dreiser. Hostesses will be Judie Peters and Marge Sieber.

Camden Lions Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. May 17 in the Fireman's Lounge.

Women's Missionary Society of the Baptist Church will meet at 1:30 p.m. May 17 in the home of Nancy Dillon. Myrtle Wallace will give devotions.

Town-wide spring clean-up will be May 18. Residents are reminded to have all items by the curb early that morning.

Students at Camden Elementary School will attend classes on Friday morning and be dismissed at noon for a teacher in-service. There will be no school on Monday because it was a built-in snow day that was not needed. Fifth grade awards day will be held May 19.

Aim Hi Extension Homemakers Club will meet at 7 p.m. May 18 in the home of Joan Rogers with Mary Whitfield as co-hostess. Members are reminded that this will be a shower for the Lafayette Women's and Children's Crisis Center and Open Arms of Kokomo.
