Poll comments

If Carroll County wants to grow it needs to: update the master plan, subdivision control ordinance, and health department rules and regulations, and hire inspectors who know what, when and where to inspect. Carroll County has nothing in place for mega farm factories to insure that they are good neighbors to both people and the environment. Let's become the leader in the proper way to develop agri-business.
