Faye L. Robbins Francis, 67, of Delphi, died at 12:13 p.m. on May 2, 2006, in Monticello.

Born in Clear Springs on Feb. 8, 1939, she was the daughter of Herbert Bowling and Belle Edwards Napier.

Her marriage was to Terry L. Francis on March 11, 1988, in Springfield, Tenn., and he survives.

Mrs. Francis worked for The Andersons and as a professional cleaner until her illness prevented her from continuing.

Surviving with her husband are three daughters, Tina Arvin and Dina Hamelman (husband: John) both of Delphi and Amber Addy (husband: Ralph) of Rossville; four stepchildren, Pam Dicketts (husband: Steve) of Virginia Beach, Va., Rob Robbins (wife: Theresa) of Seymour, and Terry Francis Jr. (wife: Lisa) and Billy Francis (wife: Jennifer) both of Missouri; six sisters, Geraldine Burton, Bonnie Isom, Pam Cheek, Shirley Hern, Sharon and Karen; three brothers, Roger Napier, Ronnie Napier and Garet Bowling; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a great-granddaughter, a sister and a brother.

Services were May 5 in Delphi, with burial at IOOF Cemetery in Rockfield.
