May 1, 9:59 a.m. - Criminal mischief, Fillinger Marine Service, US421N. The department received a report that sometime over the weekend someone backed into a building support post. Cpl. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

May 2, 7:09 a.m. - Criminal mischief, Tippecanoe Township. Melissa Fontes reported that someone flattened the tires on two of her vehicles parked in her driveway. Leazenby investigating.

May 3, 6:54 p.m. - Property damage accident with injury, US421S at CR500S. William T. Johnson, 19, Lafayette, was driver. Dustin M. Land, 19, Lafayette, was transported to hospital. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

May 3, 10 p.m. - Property damage accident, CR225W near CR750N. Kevin C. Hammel, 22, Delphi, was arrested and charged with driving while suspended with a prior conviction, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Deputy Zackary Hall investigated.

May 5, 3:40 p.m. - Theft, U.S. Aggregates/Delphi Limestone Quarry, US421W. Steve Rodenbarger of U.S. Aggregates reported electrical wiring was taken from the quarry. Leazenby investigating.

May 6, 4 a.m. - Property damage accident with injury, SR25S near CR132N. Anthony S. Eshelman, 28, Logansport, complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Leazenby investigated.

May 6, 5:35 p.m. - Property damage accident, Union Street near Main Street, Delphi. Brandon R. Endicott, 34, Lafayette. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

May 6, 5:49 p.m. - Property damage accident, SR25N at US421N. Catherine J. Brown, 19, Granger, and Claudia B. Rebolloso, 22, Laredo, Texas. Liggett investigated.

May 6, 7:25 p.m. - Property damage accident, corner of Washington and 6th streets, Burlington. Kyle A. Johnston, 20, Camden, was arrested. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated. Deer-related accidents

May 3, 4:59 a.m. - Property damage accident, US421 at 700S. Gary S. Myers, 33, Wolcott. Deputy Mark Back investigated.

April 28, 8 p.m. - Dispute, Howard Street. Police were called to a criminal mischief complaint. Two juveniles were found to have caused damage to a residence in the area. A civil agreement was met between the juveniles' parents and victim. Officer Justin Wilson investigated.

May 3, 8:10 p.m. - Theft, Washington Street. A white male, 18 to 25 years old, blonde hair, driving a silver GXR auto with 81A Indiana registration, left without paying for gas at Delphi Maramart. Officer Brandon Endicott investigating.

May 3, 5:30 p.m. - Burglary, Riley Park. Toby Yates, Delphi, reported that food and drinks were stolen from the Riley Park softball concession building. Endicott investigating.

May 4, 7:13 a.m. - Property damage accident, US421 at Bicycle Bridge Road. Loretta R. Dodson, Delphi, and Stacy L. Ward, 26, Delphi. Sgt. Brook McCain investigated.

May 5, 1:40 a.m. - Illegal possession, Main Street. A 17-year-old male was arrested at a traffic stop. He was stopped for driving left of center and felony resisting. He was charged with never receiving a driver's license and illegal consumption of alcohol. A charge of operating while intoxicated will be sent to the Carroll County Prosecutor's office. He was released to his parents. Wilson investigated.

May 5, 1 p.m. - Operating a vehicle without a license, Main Street. Susana Lucio, Logansport, was arrested for operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license. Wilson investigated.

May 5, 8:07 p.m. - Property damage accident, Dairy Queen parking lot. Jennifer Walter, 17, Lafayette, and John Shaw, 54, Lafayette. Endicott investigated.

May 6, 11 p.m. - Unlicensed operator, 421 North St. During a traffic stop, Jose Torres, 18, Delphi, was found to have never received a driver's license. Also three juvenile females were detained for minor consumption of alcohol. The driver was arrested; the juveniles were released to their parents. Wilson investigated. April 27, 4:25 p.m. A report of juvenile battery on a school bus was taken and forwarded to the probation office. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

April 28, 10 p.m. Following a traffic stop, Juan F. Ovalle, 55, Flora, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Officer Mike Thomas investigated.

May 2, 11:15 p.m. A report of juvenile delinquency was taken at 409 W. Elm St. During the course of the investigation, Hector A. Segouiano, 41, Dalton Ga., was arrested on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, forgery, false informing, and identity deception. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

May 3, 4:30 p.m. A report of criminal mischief to a vehicle was taken at the Carroll High School parking lot. Officer Mike Thomas investigated.

May 3, 11:03 p.m. Officers were dispatched to 514 Kendrick St. in an attempt to locate an individual that was a suspect in leaving the scene of a property damage accident. During the investigation, Kevin C. Hammel, 22, Delphi, was arrested on three Carroll County arrest warrants. Dustin L. Prater, 19, Flora, was arrested for minor consumption. Officer Randy Larimore, Redmon and Deputy Zach Hall investigated.

May 5, 6:45 p.m. Travis C. Williams, 26, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Disinger investigated.

May 5, 9:54 p.m. Following a traffic stop, Ryan G. Sink, 27, Flora, was arrested for operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. Disinger investigated.

May 6, 1:45 a.m. Joe Tristan, 47, Flora, was arrested on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Disinger investigated.

May 7, 11 a.m. Following a traffic stop, David A. Bushong, 55, Lafayette, was arrested for being a habitual traffic violator for life. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

May 7, 6:30 a.m. A report of voyeurism was taken at 217 E. Columbia St. Suspect is a white male wearing a grey t-shirt and a dark colored baseball style cap. Anyone who may have seen a person matching that description on the night of Saturday, May 6 should notify the Flora Police Department.

May 7, 4 p.m. A report of bicycle theft was taken at 116 E. Clem St. Ma. Thomas investigated.
