Lucille Neff, 90, of Bringhurst, died April 29, 2006, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette.

Born April 8, 1916, in Monroe Township, Carroll County, Indiana, she was athe daughter of David and Myrta Hetrick Jenkins. She married Herman Neff Sr., on Jan. 15, 1939, in Monroe Township, Carroll County. He preceded her in death on Oct. 12, 1982.

A lifetime resident of Carroll County, Mrs. Neff was a homemaker and helped with farming.

She graduated from Flora High School in 1934.

A member of the Bringhurst United Methodist Church, she enjoyed flowers, sewing and assisting at church.

Surviving is a son, Myron Neff of Bringhurst.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Herman Neff Jr.; a daughter, Louann Neff; four sisters; and one brother.

Graveside services were held Monday at Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora. Pastor Matthew Pickut officiated.
