Resler, Griffis pledge vows
Amy Suzanne Resler and Andrew Thomas Griffis exchanged wedding vows at a 5 p.m. candlelight ceremony on Dec. 3 at the Rossville Presbyterian Church.
Pastor Donna Enersen officiated at the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Janet Resler of Delphi. Parents of the groom are Daniel and Lynnette Griffis of Frankfort.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Matron of honor was Lindsay Calhoun of Bringhurst, and bridesmaids were Lisa Whitlock of Frankfort and Lisa Grimes of Lafayette.
The bride's nieces, Carly and Peyton Resler of Rossville, were flower girls. The groom's nephew, Mason Gottshall of Mississippi, was ring bearer.
Jason Calhoun of Bringhurst performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Justin Resler of Delphi, brother of the bride, and Jason Kelley of Indianapolis.
Serving as ushers were Joshua Resler of Rossville, brother of the bride, and Ben Griffis of Frankfort, brother of the groom.
Guest registrar was Melinda Griffis of Frankfort, sister of the groom. Vocalist for the ceremony was Dale Pierce of Kokomo, and organist was Ruth Crow of Rossville.
A candlelight dinner reception and dance followed the ceremony at the Wabash & Erie Canal Conference and Interpretive Center in Delphi. Servers were Hannah and Haley Resler of Freelandville, cousins of the bride.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of Delphi Community High School and attended Vincennes University and Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. She is employed in management at the Meijer Store in Kokomo.
The groom is a 1997 graduate of Rossville High School and attended Rose-Hulman Institute. He graduated from Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana with an associate degree in business. He is employed in the Pharmacy Department at the Meijer Store in Lafayette.
Mr. and Mrs. Griffis are residing in Rossville following their Caribbean cruise honeymoon.
