A judgment on default was ordered in Genesis Financial Solutions, Inc. vs. Lynn E. LaBare and Dian L. LaBare. The plaintiff will recover $3,840.64 plus court costs.
In State of Indiana vs. Ryan D. Hatke, 29, the defendant plead guilty to Count II, possession of methamphetamine, and was sentenced to three years, with one and one-half years suspended, and 18 months of probation.
In State of Indiana vs. Dale A. Harber, 41, the defendant pleaded guilty to Count VII, possession of chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture. Sentencing will be held April 12 at 9 a.m.
In State of Indiana vs. Jeffrey A. Vibbert, 24, the defendant pleaded guilty to Counts I-V, burglary; Count VI, theft. He was sentenced to five years for each of Counts IV and to three years for Count VI, for a total of 28 years. Thirteen years are suspended, and thirteen years of probation are ordered.
In State of Indiana vs. Sonia Deleon, 47, the defendant had earlier pled guilty to Count III, maintaining a common nuisance. She was sentenced to one and one-half years, with one year suspended, and one year of probation.
The following are found to be in arrears of child support: James S. Prater, Dale Bacock, Brian Majors, Russell Gaby, Richard Collins, Brian Hartman, Mark McLeland, Jason Daniels, Chad Gipson and Kenny Kittrell. In State of Indiana vs. Brian M. McFarren, 20, the defendant pleaded guilty to intimidation. Sentencing was March 23.
The following causes were dismissed: Lyle S. Jenkins vs. Sandra M. Roth, Don L. Roth, Rick E. Roth; State of Indiana vs. Susan E. Sturdivant; West Bend Mutual Insurance Co. a.k.a. William and Patricia Helvie vs. Andrea Bell; and Marilyn D. Carlson vs. David N. Jordan d.b.a. Shorescape, Inc.
Wage garnishment for child support was ordered for David Hemig.
Adefault judgment was ordered in Great Seneca Financial Corp. vs. Rose M. Rogers, the plaintiff will recover $5,701.02 plus interest.
A default judgment entry and decree of foreclosure was ordered in Chase Home Finance LLC vs. William K. Perry II and Amber M. Henson. In Discover Bank vs. Deni R. Hardesty an agreed judgment was ordered, and the plaintiff shall recover $7,965.93 plus interest.
In State of Indiana vs. Abel Deleon, 49, the defendant had pled guilty to Count II, possession of cocaine over three grams within 1,000 feet of a school, and was sentenced to 20 years, with 12 years suspended, and 12 years of probation.
A complaint to foreclose mortgage was filed in Beneficial Indiana vs. Michael C. and Michelle R. Stewart.

Richard A. Shuler was named the administrator of the Richard D. Shuler estate.
