Pretty Prairie Cemetery Association will have its SPRING CLEAN-UP DAY April 8 at 1:30 p.m. At that time, all out of season decorations will be removed.
The Family Health Clinic of Carroll County and the YWCA Women's Cancer Program of Lafayette are hosting Ladies' Day Out on April 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Delphi Community High School. The event will include presentations on BREAST AND CERVICAL HEALTH, HEART HEALTH, URINARYHEALTH AND OSTEOPOROSIS. Free bone density screenings will be offered as well as lunch, games and prizes. The newly-formed CARROLL COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE invites all businesses, elected officials, community leaders and other interested individuals to meet executive director Keith Chandler at a kick-off reception on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the 4-H building in Flora.
DELPHI AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY UNIT #75 will have an informal meeting following the Legion supper on April 12 in the Legion Hall on South Washington Street. Auxiliary members are invited to the carry-in supper at 6:30 p.m. Bring a covered dish and table service; meat, drink and cake will be furnished.
CARROLL COUNTY GARDEN CLUB will meet Saturday at 10 a.m. at Camden Public Library. Come and help organize for this year's garden fair, more help is needed. Dues should be paid in order to remain on the mailing list.

Members of the AMERICAN LEGION will meet April 10 at 7 p.m. at the Legion Hall for a regular meeting.
Flora Kiwanis Club will host its 5th annual EASTER EGG HUNT for children ages 2 through 9 on Saturday at Flora Community Park. Registration will begin at 10 a.m., with the hunt following at 10:30. The event will be held rain or shine.
A VOLUNTEER CALLOUT meeting will be held April 13 at 7 p.m. at the Canal Center. Volunteers can sign-up for the jobs of their choice. The canal association is especially looking for "canal boat captains" to run the pontoon boat during the spring and summer weekends and on special occasions. Wabash and Erie Earth Day, a volunteer work day, is set for April 22.
A SPRING CEMETERY WALK is set for April 9 at 2 p.m. at the IOOF Cemetery, Delphi. The walk is hosted by Carroll County Wabash & Erie Canal Inc. and will feature firstperson narration about canal pioneers. The cemetery is on the Carrollton Road, just outside the city limits.
CARROLL COUNTY NURSES' ASSOCIATION will meet April 10 at 7 p.m. at the Flora United Methodist Church. Dr. Jordan Dutter will be the speaker. All RNs, LPNs, and student nurses are welcome. For more information, call Stephanie Lambert at 574-967-4887.
