Delphi Community School Corporation has scheduled Kindergarten Round-Up in April. Hillcrest will hold the event on April 5 and Camden Elementary on April 6.

Parents may bring their children to the schools anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. They will fill out enrollment forms while their children receive speech, hearing and vision examinations. Transportation questions will be answered and a description of school and community programs will be available.

At Hillcrest, parents and children will be able to observe kindergarten in progress and meet with one of the kindergarten teachers during regular classes, 8:10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and noon to 3 p.m.

Camden students will also be able to meet with teachers. Parents should plan on accompanying their children so that they can schedule a visitation day and learn other important information.

Students who turn five years of age on or before Aug. 1 may register. Parents should bring their children's immunization records, social security cards and birth certificates. For more information, contact Hillcrest at (765) 564-3895 or Camden at (574) 686-2362.

Head Start will also have a table for registration at Hillcrest to enroll prospective students for the fall of 2006.
