APC issues 21 permits in February

Twenty-one permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during February, for improvements amounting to $882,800.

Residential permits with $515,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Rock Creek - William D. Anderson, residence;

Monroe - Jeremy and Amy Duff, residence;

Tippecanoe - SC Builders for Jeff Calloni, residence;

Deer Creek - James Jr. and Amanda Werner, residence.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:

Clay Dennis W. Hill, garage; Debbie A. Wethington, sunroom; Edward and Patricia Hamilton, storage building.

Deer Creek Phillip Brookbank, garage; Woodland Rentals, storage building.

Deer Creek/Delphi Jane D. Ullery, storage building.

Democrat Andrew Langston, storage building.

Jackson Todd Combs, deck; Roger Brumbaugh, farmers market; Susan Breeze, mini barn.

Jefferson Kim Davis, addition; Dave Naville, storage building; Deborah Caldwell, carport.

Tippecanoe Timothy Crowel, storage building; Robert Scowden, storage building.

Washington Eugene Kruger, garage. Commercial permits:

Wise Farms Management Corporation, grain storage.

The total collected from permits issued was $898.00 plus:

+ Hogslat Midwest, Inc., variance application;

+ Ray's Enterprise LLC, rezoning application;

+ R&S Distributors, re-zoning application;

+ Elizalde Family Trust, rezoning application;

+ Twin Lakes Investment LLC, re-zoning application;

+ Ronald Perry, in Carrollton Township pending new residential septic approval.

Total collected from permits in 2006 is $1,615.00.
