Business Briefs
GARY AND PAM ENNIS and JODI STRASSER, all of Delphi, have purchased Connie's restaurant in Flora from Fred Collins.
The owners are calling it Gracie's Restaurant & Bakery, and plan to open it sometime in April.
Pam Ennis and Strasser both will be working in the restaurant. Strasser will be cook.
The restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch, and can be scheduled for groups at other times. Lunches will feature sandwiches and meal specials.
Both Strasser and Pam Ennis have had restaurant experience. Ennis currently sells real estate, and she said she will continue to do that, along with the restaurant.
The owners have been doing basic remodeling, including painting and putting in a bakery case. They say the restaurant will offer "a lot of good home cooking."
