Jeff and Amanda Smith Scotten of Fort Polk, La., are parents of a 2pound, 14.9-ounce son, Logan Jeffery, and a 2-pound, 6.3-ounce daughter, Kylee Ann, both born Feb. 11 at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport, La. Grandparents are Wilbur and Rosetta Smith of Delphi and Frank and Debra Welch of Bringhurst. Great-grandparents are Howard and Karen Johnson of Saline, Mich., and Jay and Roberta Martin of Lebanon.
