Feb. 5 – Identity deception, Franklin Street. A citizen of Logansport reported that his name and social security number were used to obtain Direct TV. Officer David Yeager investigated.

Feb. 6, 5:30 p.m. – Resisting law enforcement. Complaint of kids throwing rocks at cars from the abandoned railroad tracks near 300N. Two boys ran, after being ordered to stop. They were caught and turned over to parents. The prosecutor and probation department will be advised. Investigated by Justin Wilson.

Feb. 7, 9:17 p.m. – Arrest, Wabash Street. Diana L. Loeffler of Delphi for operating while intoxicated. Wilson investigated.

Date unavailable – Property damage accident behind Carroll County Jail. A vehicle driven by Jose S. Mendez, 22, of Delphi. Ed Chapman investigated.

Feb. 14, 3:22 p.m. – Minor injury crash at US421 and Vine Street. Benjamin Oliver, 18, Delphi; Deborah Sanders, 40, Delphi; and Stanley Minnick, 52, Monon. Dave Yeager investigated.

Feb. 16, 5:20 p.m. – Property damage accident, SR25 south of Delphi. Derek Rector, 17, Delphi; Robert Aldrich, 32, Delphi; and Vickie Adwell, 40, West Lafayette. Paul Kubon investigated.

Feb. 17, 5:41 p.m. – Theft. Someone tried to cash a check that had been reported stolen from Fairfield Contractors of Lafayette. Yeager investigated.

Feb. 17, 6:09 p.m. – Burglary of dwelling at 304 W. Franklin Street. Jared J. Pine, Delphi, reported that his apartment was entered and four knives and two walkie talkies were taken. Yeager investigated.

Feb. 23, 9:15 a.m. – Property damage accident, Howard Street. Jack L. Julian Jr., 36, Lafayette. B.L. McCain investigated.

Feb. 24, 5 p.m. – Hit and run at south lot of Delphi Community High School. A 1996 Mercury Topaz was parked at the school and hit sometime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Kubon investigated.

Feb. 21, 2:45 a.m. – Property damage accident, SR25N near CR525W. Audrey B. Wisler, 18, Logansport and Eric K. Zollner, 25, Fort Wayne. Steve Mullin investigated, assisted by Tony Liggett and John Chapman.

Feb. 21, 4:02 p.,m. – Intimidation, Jefferson Township. A male reported he had received a threatening text message on his cell phone from a party known to him. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 23, 6:09 p.m. – Property damage accident, Tow Path Road at CR200W. Pamela S. Winnings, 43, Logansport, hit a deer. Jay Schimmel investigated. Flora Police Dept.

Feb. 21, 2 p.m. A report of juvenile battery was taken at Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School. A report was forwarded to the probation office. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

Feb. 22, 4:40 p.m. – A report of loud music in the 200 block of W. Clem St. was investigated by Officer Randy Larimore.

Feb. 24, 7:50 p.m. Following a traffic stop, James A. Cripe, 56, Bringhurst, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction and on a Tippecanoe Co. warrant. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Feb. 25, 12:28 a.m. A report of criminal mischief was taken at 410 S. Center St. Person(s) unknown threw a lawn ornament through a residential window. Disinger investigated.

Feb. 25,7:37 p.m. Following a traffic stop, Eric D. Sisson, 22, Flora, was arrested for possession of marijuana. Disinger investigated.

Feb. 26, 10 Charles M. Kelly, 44, Flora, was arrested at his residence on a Tippecanoe County warrant. Disinger investigated.
