LYNN HERENDEEN of Flora has joined Signature HomeStyles as a representative for the direct-seller of home organization and décor solutions.

Founded by Madolyn Johnson over 34 years ago, the mission of the company, is to help families everywhere beautify and organize their homes.

Signature HomeStyles offers Ideas for everyday living through an extensive array of organizing and decorating essentials including baskets, linens, wall décor and more.

MICHAEL A. PRIEST, teacher at Rossville Middle/High School, is one of 126 teachers, principals, guidance counselors, and library/media specialists, who have been awarded a 2006 Lilly Endowment Teacher Creativity fellowship. They will pursue their personal interests, explore issues and subjects that fascinate them, or “get away” from the classroom.

Priest will receive an $8,000 fellowship for “Rediscovering a Lost Art” – learn to flint knap stone tools. This is Priest’s second Teacher Creativity fellowship. He received his first one in 1993.
