Four arrested on drug counts
The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at 6313N 260W, Delphi, where they arrested four people.
Brian W. Pancake, 39, and Tammy J. Pancake, 39, were arrested Feb. 21 on charges of possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia, two counts of dealing meth, possessing over 30 grams of marijuana, manufacturing meth, and maintaining a common nuisance. They are being held at the Carroll County Jail on bonds of $167,000.
Julie Gardiner, 33, Delphi, was also arrested on charges of visiting a common nuisance, conspiracy to manufacture meth, possession of precursors, possession of meth and possession of marijuana. She is being held at the jail on a $64,000 bond.
B. Ross Pancake, 18, Delphi, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He is being held on a $4,000 bond.
The arrests were made by the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team and the Carroll County Drug Task Force assisted by the Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team.
