In State of Indiana vs. Harlen Webb, the defendant was found guilty of Count I, Possession of Marijuana and sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, and one year probation.

The sentence of Joshua B. Bagwell, 20, was modified to 248 days in jail, with 124 days credit. The remaining 117 days are suspended and he is placed on probation. Moises T. Varela was fined $10 plus court costs for Count 1, driving without a license.

Lorri L. Clawson, 36, was found guilty of Count III, false informing and sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended and one year probation.

Shawn Baird, 30, was found guilty of Count I, check deception and sentenced to pay court costs.

In State of Indiana vs. Joshua L. Hewitt, 24, the defendant was found guilty of Count I, theft; and Count II, storage or transportation of anhydrous

ammonia illegally. He was sentenced

to two years, with one

In State of Indiana vs. James D. Pope II, 19, the defendant was found guilty of Count I, illegal possession of an alcoholic beverage and will serve a 60 day sentence with 15 days credit and the remainder to be served on house arrest. Joshua A. Sullivan, 25, was found guilty of Count I, public intoxication and sentenced to 60 days in jail.

An agreed judgement was ordered in Thomas Dillon vs. Gary Hylton.

In Pearson’s Gas vs. John Wildman, judgment was ordered in favor of the plaintiff.

In Pearson’s Gas vs. Quality Homes, judgment was ordered in favor of the plaintiff.

In Mutual Hospital Services, Inc. vs. Janice L. Mackey, the final order of garnishment ordered by the court was stayed.
