Grade improvement winners


Burlington Kiwanis Club recently honored recipients of the “I’m a Winner” program for Carroll Elementary fourth graders. The program recognizes students who have brought their grades up in two subjects from the previous grading period. The students received pizza, pins, pencils, and a certificate.
