Nov. 19, 12:15 a.m. – Personal injury accident, US421 near CR1200W. Eric J. Ramsey, 26, Delphi. A passenger in the vehicle, Jackie Ruiz, jumped out of the vehicle and was knocked unconscious. Ruiz suffered head injuries and was transported by helicopter to Fort Wayne. Deputy Zach Hall, assisted by Deputies Grant Davidson and Tony Liggett, continues to investigate.
