A client recently shared with me the many rigors his son faces at one of the nation’s military academies. The dad described how each minute of the day is scheduled. He related that his son’s morning routine from alarm buzz to out the door is 15 precisely scheduled minutes. Of those 15 minutes he has allocated 50 seconds to shaving.

Carroll County Commissioners have one representative on the Carroll County Area Plan Commission. In case anyone has forgotten, the Area Plan Commission is the group that initiated the writing of the new proposed zoning ordinance, which turned into a controversial piece of possible legislation. Just this week Commissioners rejected the ordinance which was forwarded to them from Area Plan.
