Feb. 12, 5:03 p.m. -- Minor personal injury, Main and Washington streets. Report indicates James M. Wellman, 49, West Lafayette, left the scene after hitting a vehicle owned by Bobbie J. Ellison, 23, Monticello.

Feb. 12, 7:30 a.m. - Property damage, SR25 at CR132N. Lois J. Curtis-Bamergla, 67, Lafayette, and Gregory S. Downey, 26, Idaville. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.

Feb. 12, 9:04 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 4900 block CR5E. Resident Jason Unger reported spraypainted obscene messages were found on house and garage after a fire at the property approximately a week ago. Det. Kevin Hammond investigated.

Feb. 13, 4 a.m. - Property damage, US421 near CR100N. Shirley A. Ortegon, 62, Flora. Deputy Zackary Hall investigated.

Feb. 13, 7:20 a.m. - Property damage, SR25 near CR500W. Christina M. McGrew, 26, Logansport. Sheriff Tony Burns investigated.

Feb. 14, 3:15 p.m. - Forgery, 6900 block Red Cedar. Texas resident Oscar Padilla reported identity deception. Domingo Sebastian, Logansport, was arrested for identity deception and forgery. A $15,000 bond was set. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

Feb. 14, 10:15 p.m. - OWI, 3600 block CR575E. Randy Miller, 49, Bringhurst arrested for OWI. Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

Feb. 15, 9:35 a.m. - Burglary, 3800 block CR200N. Money and electronic equipment reported missing from a residence in Deer Creek Township. Deputy John Chapman investigated.

Feb. 15, 2:30 p.m. - Criminal information, 11900 block W. Windsor Rd. Report taken of juveniles shooting BB guns near The Landings in Jefferson Township. Chapman investigated.

Feb. 15, 8:15 p.m. - Property damage, CR600N. near CR12000W. Charlene F. Myers, 51, Monticello. Sgt. Mark Back investigated.

Feb. 15, 8:17 p.m. - Assisting Delphi PD. with possible drunk driver. Christopher Clark-Wright was arrested for OWI. Back investigated.

Feb. 16, 7:30 p.m. - Property damage with injury, CR900W at CR100N. Matthew W. Lapcheska, 25, Lafayette. Driver was treated at the scene by EMS for minor chest pain. Hall investigated.

Feb. 17, 3:15 a.m. - Property damage, SR29 at CR150S. Shane S. Hines, 49, Camden, was charged with OWI with prior conviction. Hall investigated.

Feb. 17, 1:50 p.m. - Property damage, CR500S at CR400E. Gary A. Wilson, 63, Cutler. Reserve Deputy Josh Disinger investigated..

Feb. 17, 5:53 p.m. - Death investigation, 12000 block of West Tecumseh Bend Rd. Robert Patterson was found dead at the residence. Hall investigated.

Feb. 18, 12:29 a.m. - Leaving the scene, property damage on CR100N. A vehicle involved in a property damage crash was found abandoned later on CR300E near CR300N. Driver Joseph B. O'Brien, 24, Delphi, was located and arrested for leaving the scene, reckless possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended with a prior and on a felony warrant for aggravated battery. Thomas investigated.

Feb. 18, 1:20 a.m. - Vehicle impound, 700 block CR585N. Vehicle found partially in roadway and impounded after failed attempt to notify owner. Hall investigated.

Feb. 18, 4:50 a.m. - Public intoxication, 310 W. Main St. Louis Fassnacht was arrested at the sheriff's office when he appeared in the lobby in a state of intoxication. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

Feb. 18, 12:25 p.m. - Property damage, SR75 at CR100N. Joseph B. O'Brien, 24, Delphi, and Jay L. Cummins, 44, Bloomington, Ill. O'Brien left the scene of one accident and was later apprehended after a second. Thomas investigated.

Feb. 19, 6 a.m. - Property damage, CR300N near CR300W. Chad E. Crumpacker, 33, Delphi. Chapman investigated.

Flora Police

Feb. 6, 5 p.m. - A report of harassment was taken at 303 W. Clem St. The complainant was receiving unwanted text messages on their cellular telephone. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

Feb. 8, 9:12 p.m. - A report of juvenile delinquency was taken in the 600 block of Harmon St. Sgt. James Bishop investigated

Feb. 10, 5:25 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 200 block of E. Columbia St. Thomas investigated.

Feb. 10, 11:05 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Eric L. Sterling, 35, Flora, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Sterling also had an active warrant for his arrest out of Howard County. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Feb. 13, 4 a.m. - A burglary was reported at the Flora Mara Mart. Suspect(s) broke into the building and took an undisclosed amount of money and an ATM machine. Bishop investigated, assisted by Chief Paul Redmon, Officer Randy Larimore, Sheriff's Det. Steve Mullin and ISP Crime Scene Technician John Nystrom.

Feb. 13, 4:30 a.m. - A burglary was reported at the Citgo gas station. Suspect(s) broke into the building and took an undisclosed amount of money. Larimore investigated, assisted by Det. Mullin and CST Nystrom.

Feb. 13, 1:11 p.m. - An unwanted guest was reported at 613 E. Elizabeth St. Redmon and Larimore investigated.

Feb. 15, 10 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, David A. Goff, 27, Berne, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Disinger investigated.

Feb. 16, 11:20 a.m. - James T. Shelley, 25, Flora, was arrested on a Howard County warrant. Redmon investigated.

Feb. 17, 12:35 a.m. - James D. Lucas, 36, Flora, was arrested for possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bishop investigated.

Feb. 17 - Theft of gasoline was reported at the Flora Mara-Mart. Larimore investigated.

Feb. 19, 5:55 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken in the 500

block of Harmon St. Thomas investigated.
