O'Brien, 24, Delphi, was located and arrested for leaving the scene, reckless possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended with a prior and on a felony warrant for aggravated battery. Thomas investigated. Feb. 18, 1:20 a.m. - Vehicle impound, 700 block CR585N. Vehicle found partially in roadway and impounded after failed attempt to notify owner. Hall investigated. Feb. 18, 4:50 a.m. - Public intoxication, 310 W. Main St. Louis Fassnacht was arrested at the sheriff's office when he appeared in the lobby in a state of intoxication. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated. Feb. 18, 12:25 p.m. - Property damage, SR75 at CR100N. Joseph B. O'Brien, 24, Delphi, and Jay L. Cummins, 44, Bloomington, Ill. O'Brien left the scene of one accident and was later apprehended after a second. Thomas investigated. Feb. 19, 6 a.m. - Property damage, CR300N near CR300W. Chad E. Crumpacker, 33, Delphi. Flora Police Feb. 6, 5 p.m. - A report of harassment was taken at 303 W. Clem St. The complainant was receiving unwanted text messages on their cellular telephone. Officer Mark Thomas investigated. James Bishop investigated Feb. 10, 5:25 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 200 block of E. Columbia St. Thomas investigated. Feb. 10, 11:05 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Eric L. Sterling, 35, Flora, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Sterling also had an active warrant for his arrest out of Howard County. Officer Josh Disinger investigated. Feb. 13, 4 a.m. - A burglary was reported at the Flora Mara Mart. Suspect(s) broke into the building and took an undisclosed amount of money and an ATM machine. Bishop investigated, assisted by Chief Paul Redmon, Officer Randy Larimore, Sheriff's Det. Steve Mullin and ISP Crime Scene Technician John Nystrom. Feb. 13, 4:30 a.m. - A burglary was reported at the Citgo gas station. Suspect(s) broke into the building and took an undisclosed amount of money. Larimore investigated, assisted by Det. Mullin and CST Nystrom. Feb. 13, 1:11 p.m. - An unwanted guest was reported at 613 E. Elizabeth St. Redmon and Larimore investigated. Feb. 15, 10 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, David A. Goff, 27, Berne, was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Disinger investigated. Feb. 16, 11:20 a.m. - James T. Shelley, 25, Flora, was arrested on a Howard County warrant. Redmon investigated. Feb. 17, 12:35 a.m. - James D. Lucas, 36, Flora, was arrested for possession of marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bishop investigated.
